Our credit card processor will process the transaction and at no time do we at Pinewood NZ/Raccoon Outdoor Supplies store your credit card details on our servers.

Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Pinewood purchase we will give you a refund, within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. The product must be unused, and in the original packing with the tags still intact. Please keep in mind that shipping costs to return an item are to be paid by the customer. You can choose any courier. We are not liable for missing or damaged parcels. Please contact us and provide us with the tracking code and reason for return. You can use the contact form or email us at info@pinewoodnz.co.nz. Do not include credit card details in the contact form or email.

In the unfortunate event your Pinewood garment sustains damage outside your control, and within Pinewood’s factory warranty, we will do our absolute best to solve the issue and get it repaired on our expense. Please allow some time for us to investigate the issue and contact Pinewood HQ in Sweden.
